These terms govern your use of Wombot, offered under the brand. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Wombot coordinates AI models and software tools to assist with work on your computer. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing commands, files, calculations and professional decisions before relying on them.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. You may not use Wombot to harm systems or people, bypass access controls, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
AI credits
AI usage is measured and deducted from your Wombot credit balance. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are a limited contractual right to consume supported services; they are not money, cannot be transferred, do not earn interest and cannot be redeemed for cash. Displayed usage rates may change prospectively, with the applicable rate shown in the product before use.
Payments
Paddle is the merchant of record for credit purchases and handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks. You authorize the stated one-time charge when confirming a purchase.
Your content and software
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us and our processors the limited rights needed to transmit and process that content to provide the requested service. You are responsible for having permission to use connected software and content.
Availability and changes
The service is offered during early access and may change, experience interruptions or discontinue features. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wombot is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Wombot during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
